that looks yummy! It's funny but Joe and I first encountered those yellow mangoes a couple weeks ago. Joe got them at a little Mexican food store in the town where he works. You're right, they are delicious, seem to keep longer than regular mangoes, and best of all, they're not at all fibrous or stringy like regular mangoes. I felt like I was eating the perfect mango!
